You are correct in your definition, but since this website isn't printed matter, you are then immediately INcorrect in its application. Add the fact that editorial comments, which these certainly are, are immune from both libel AND slander arguments, and your post has been reduced to being worth the paper it was printed on (to carry on the NOT printed analogy just a little further). By the way, I voted for Khabibulin, although I just realized that I rate him a piece of crap, which means I guess he really ISN'T overrated. No, I'm neither a lawyer nor an English teacher...
